I believe..
I believe -
That we don't have to change friends if we understand that friends change.
I believe -
That no matter how good a friend is, they're going to hurt you every once in a
while and, you must forgive them for that.
I believe -
That true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance.
Same goes for true love.
I believe -
That you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for life.
I believe -
That it's taking me a long time to become the person I want to be.
I believe -
That you should always leave loved ones with loving words. It may be the last time you see them.
I believe -
That you can keep going long after you can't.
I believe -
That we are responsible for what we do, no matter how we feel.
I believe -
That either you control your attitude or it controls you.
I believe -
That regardless of how hot and steamy a relationship is at first, the passion fades and there had better be something else to take its place.
I believe -
That heroes are the people who do what has to be done when it needs to be done,
regardless of the consequences.
I believe -
That money is a lousy way of keeping score.
I believe -
That my best friend and I can do anything or nothing and have the best time!
I believe -
That sometimes the people you expect to kick you when you're down, will be the ones to help you get back up.
I believe -
That sometimes when I'm angry I have the right to be angry, but that doesn't give me the right to be cruel.
I believe -
That just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.
I believe -
That maturity has more to do with what types of experiences you've had and what you've learned from them and less to do with how many birthdays you've celebrated.
I believe -
That it isn't always enough to be forgiven by others. Sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.
I believe -
That no matter how bad your heart is broken the world doesn't stop for your grief.
I believe -
That our background and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.
I believe -
That just because two people argue, it doesn't mean they don't love each other, And just because they don't argue, it doesn't mean they do.
I believe -
That you shouldn't be so eager to find out a secret. It could change your life forever.
I believe -
That two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
I believe -
That your life can be changed in a matter of hours by people who don't even know you.
I believe -
That even when you think you have no more to give, when a friend cries out to you - you will find the strength to help.
I believe -
That credentials on the wall do not make you a decent human being.
I believe -
That the people you care about most in life are the essence of life.
Tell them today how much you love them and what they mean to you.
What do you believe friends..?

Attitude..
A little boy went into a drug store, reached for a soda carton and ask him for a Phone Call.
Shop-owner replied, "Sweety, this is no a STD, but you can do one call."
The store-owner observed and listened to the conversation:
The boy asked, "Lady, Can you give me the job of cutting your lawn?
The woman replied, "I already have someone to cut my lawn."
"Lady, I will cut your lawn for half the price of the person who cuts your lawn now." replied boy.
The woman responded that she was very satisfied with the person who was presently cutting her lawn.
The little boy found more perseverance and offered, "Lady, I'll even sweep your curb and your sidewalk, so on Sunday you will have the prettiest lawn in all of North-Palm beach,
Again the woman answered in the negative.
With a smile on his face, the little boy replaced the receiver.
The store-owner, who was listening to all this, walked over to the boy and said," Son... I like your attitude; I like that positive spirit and would like to offer you a job."
The little boy replied, "No thanks, I was just checking my performance with the job I already have. I am the one who is working for that lady, I was talking to!"
What an attitude yaar?

Golden Rules for Career Success
Dear Friends,
I recently came across few interesting points of Richard Moran which I feel I could share with you all.
Richard Moran is a San Francisco based venture capitalist, social scientist, best selling author, and evangelist for Organization Effectiveness. He is best known for his series of humorous business books bestselling, Never Confuse a Memo with Reality
Golden Rules for Career Success - Richard Moran
“Working as a business consultant all over the world, I have discovered some basic career-related rules that everyone should know-but many don't”
1. Keep track of what you do; someone is sure to ask.
2. Never bring your boss a problem without some solution.
3. You are getting paid to think, not to whine.
4. Long hours don't mean anything; results count, not effort.
5. Write down ideas; they get lost, like good pens.
6. Always arrive at work 30 minutes before your boss.
7. Help other people network for jobs. You never know when your turn will come.
8. Don't take days off sick-unless you are.
9. Assume no one can/will keep a secret.
10. Know when you do your best-morning, night, under pressure, relaxed; schedule and prioritize your work accordingly.
11. Treat everyone who works in the organization with respect and dignity, whether it be the cleaner or the managing director. Don't ever be patronizing.
12. Never appear stressed in front of a client, a customer or your boss.
13. Take a deep breath and ask yourself: In the course of human events, how important is this?
14. If you get the entrepreneurial urge, visit someone who has his own business. It may cure you.
15. Acknowledging someone else's contribution will repay you doubly.
16. Career planning is an oxymoron. The most exciting opportunities tend to be unplanned.
17. Always choose to do what you'll remember ten years from now.
18. The size of your office is not as important as the size of your pay cheque.
19. Understand what finished work looks like and deliver your work only when it is finished.
20. The person who spends all of his or her time is not hard-working; he or she is boring.
21. Know how to write business letters-including thank-you notes as well as proposals.
22. Never confuse a memo with reality. Most memos from the top are political fantasy.
23. Eliminate guilt. Don't fiddle expenses, taxes or benefits, and don't cheat colleagues.
24. Reorganizations mean that someone will lose his or her job.
25. Get on the committee that will make the recommendations.
26. Job security does not exist.
27. Go to the company Christmas party.
28. Don't get drunk at the company Christmas party.
29. Avoid working at weekends. Work longer during the week if you have to. Moreover, don't stay late in night, it doesn't creates impression rather shows lack in your productivity.
30. The most successful people in business are interesting.
31. Sometimes you'll be on a winning streak and everything will click; take maximum advantage.
32. When the opposite is true, hold steady and wait it out.
33. Never in your life say, "It's not my job."
34. Be loyal to your career, your interests and yourself.
35. Understand the skills and abilities that set you apart. Use them whenever you have an opportunity.
36. People remember the end of the project. As they say in boxing, "Always finish stronger than you start."
Good thoughts. Right friends…?

TEN SECRETS TO BE A BETTER PERSON
1st Secret: THE POWER OF THOUGHT
Love begins with our thoughts. We become what we think about. Loving thoughts create loving experiences and loving relationships. Affirmations can change our beliefs and thoughts about others and ourselves. If we want to love someone, we need to consider his/her needs and desires. Thinking about your ideal partner will help you recognize him/her when you meet him/her.
2nd Secret: THE POWER OF RESPECT
You cannot love anyone or anything unless you first respect them. The first person you need to respect is yourself. To begin to gain self respect, ask yourself, what do I respect about myself?? To gain respect for others, even those you may dislike, ask yourself, what do I respect about them??
3rd Secret : THE POWER OF GIVING
If you want to receive one, all you have to do is give it. The more love you give, the more you will receive. To love is to give of yourself, freely and unconditionally. Practice random acts of kindness. Before committing to relationship, ask not what the other person will be able to give you but rather what will you be able to give them. The secret formula of a happy, lifelong and loving relationship is to always focus on what you can give instead of what you can take.
4th Secret: THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP
To find a true love, you must first find a true friend. Love does not consist of gazing into each other's eyes but rather looking outward together in the same direction. To love someone completely you must first love him/her for who they are and not what they look like. Friendship is the soild through which the love's seed grow. If you want to bring love into a relationship, you must first bring friendship.
5th Secret: THE POWER OF TOUCH
Touch is one of the most powerful statements of love, breaking down barriers and bonding relationships. Touch changes our physical and emotional states and makes us more receptive to love.
6th Secret: THE POWER OF LETTING GO
If you love something, let it free. If it comes back to you, then it's yours. If it does not, it never was. Even in a loving relationship, people need their own space. If we want to learn to love, we must first learn to forgive and let go of past hurts and grievances. Love means letting go of our fears, prejudices, ego and conditions. Today I let go of all my fears, the past has no power over me - today is the beginning of a new life!
7th Secret: THE POWER OF COMMUNICATION
When we learn to communicate openly and honestly, life changes. To love someone is to communicate with them. Let the people you love know that you love them and appreciate them. Never let an opportunity pass to praise someone. Always leave someone you love with a loving word as it could be the last time you see him/her. If you were about to die but could make telephone calls to the people you love, who would yu call, what would say and . . . . . . why are you waiting?
8th Secret: THE POWER OF COMMITMENT
If you want to have love in abundance, you must be committed to it and that commitment will be reflected in your thoughts and actions. Commitment is the true test of love. If you want to have loving relationships, you must be committed to loving relationships. When you are committed to someone or something, quitting is never an option. Commitment distinguishes a fragile relationship from a strong one.
9th Secret : THE POWER OF PASSION
Passion ignites love and keeps it alive. Lasting passion does not come through physical attraction alone; it comes from deep commitment, enthusiasm, interest and excitement. Passion can be recreated by recreating past experiences. When you feel passionate, spontaneity and surprises produce passion. The essence of love and happiness are the same - all we need to do is to live each day with passion.
10th Secret: THE POWER OF TRUST
Trust is essential in all loving relationships. Without it one person becomes suspicious, envious and fearful and the other person feels trapped and emotionally suffocated. You cannot love someone completely unless you trust him/her completely. Act as if your relationship with the person you love will never end. One of the ways you can tell whether a person is right for you is to ask yourself, do I trust them completely and unreservedly? If the answer is no, then think carefully before making a commitment.
Friends,
We are born with two eyes in front because we must not always look behind but see what lies ahead beyond ourselves. We are born with two ears, one left and one right, so that we can hear both sides, collect both the compliments and criticisms. We are born with a brain concealed in a skull, then no matter how poor we are, we are still rich and no one can steal what our brain contains. We are born with two eyes, two ears but one mouth for the mouth is a sharp weapon. It can hurt, flirt and kill: remember - talk less, listen and see more. We are born with only one heart, deep in our ribs and it reminds us to appreciate and give love from deep within.
Real beauty lies not in the physical appearance, but in the heart. Real treasure lies not in what can be seen, but what that cannot be seen.Real love lies not in what is done and known, but in what that is done but not known.
What do you think friends ?
